At last year’s Light up a Life event, a brave young girl called Niamh spoke about what it was like to lose her Nan and how Birmingham St Mary’s helped. Here is her wonderful speech…
Niamh is making a return for this year’s Light up a Life and she’ll be sharing with us all a special poem she’s written. We are over the moon to welcome her back and hope you can all join us for one of our Light up a Life ceremonies on Thursday 15th December. We’ll remember our loved ones, enjoy the musical performances, silent fireworks and the lighting of the Hospice Tree! Find out more by clicking here.
Niamh’s mum, Ann, was also kind enough to share her story with us and you can read it here.
